![]() Huth is married to Becca they have three young daughters named Abby, Jocelyn, and Paige. He credits his excellent team and supportive family for making it run smoothly.ĭr. Huth is extremely proud of the practice Temeku Equine has become. ![]() The variety of animals he worked on was entertaining, but he really missed working with large animals.ĭr. Although he had a large animal emphasis during vet school, he spent his first year working in a mixed animal hospital in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Huth received the Outstanding Large Animal Surgery Award when he finished veterinary school. Most of the work he did was with the West Nile Virus. Huth worked in the Fort Collins Bio-Security Laboratory on a variety of research studies including horses, alpacas, and alligators. Huth graduated from Colorado State University's Professional Veterinary Medical Program. ![]() Huth graduated with the Dean's medalist award for the College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology.ĭr. During his time at Fresno State, he was responsible for the breeding program at the Quarter Horse Unit. After graduating from Poway High School, he attended Fresno State. He showed steers and hogs at the Del Mar Fair for over 10 years. He was very involved in 4-H and FFA while growing up. Huth was born and raised in Poway, California. Her passions outside of the clinic include exercising (her husband owns a gym in Port), creating healthy meals, and spending as much time as possible outside.Dr. Sara currently lives in Port Washington with her husband, her son, and three cats: Walter, Mo, and TC. Sara does have her Fear Free Certificate and likes the challenge of working with the variety of temperaments our animals have. Sara's goal in each interaction with our patients is to provide the best care possible in the least stressful way. She doesn't have a distinct memory of when she decided to start this career but she has always felt a deep connection to animals big and small. She has been fortunate enough to have worked with a variety of animals including raccoons, opossums, squirrels, various birds, ducks, and rabbits, along with dogs and cats of course. She graduated from Milwaukee Career College in 2014 with an Associate's Degree of Applied Science and has been working in veterinary medicine for 9 years. Sara grew up right here in Fredonia and has lived in Ozaukee county most of her life. ![]()
